Booking policy

• Your yurt will be ready from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

• Our glamping site is off grid without any means of electricity

• We  operate a  self-checkin system so please read all emails thoroughly

• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, excessive noise during these hours that disrupts our neighbours will be addressed.

• No smoking inside any of the accommodation or communal areas

• Children must be supervised at all times when using the play equipment and lakeside.

• No hen parties or stag do’s

• No pets allowed

• Please appreciate we are a running dairy farm, there may be the occasional machinery or animal noise but we will try our best to keep the noise to a mimuim.

• No wild swimming in the lake

• No visitors to the site bookings only

• No quads/motor bikes on site

• No tent, caravans or mobile caravans. Glamping only

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking

• Bookings made within four weeks of your arrival date must be paid in full.

• Payment to paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival date

• We also require a £50 damages fee per yurt which is returned up to 3-5 working days after your stay, if we feel nothing has been damaged or missing.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your holiday, please inform us immediately.

If cancelled more than 60 days before your arrival date we will refund any monies paid, minus the 25% booking deposit. No further payment will be taken.

If cancelled less than 28 days before your arrival date all monies paid will be forfeited.

We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover you in the event of a cancellation.

• Deposits paid are non refundable and non transferable.

• Non-payment of the balance by the due date (4 weeks before arrival date)  will be construed as cancellation and payment will not be refunded.

• Cancellation must be notified to us by email or telephone.

• Unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or annoyance to other holiday makers will result in your contract being terminated. You may be asked to leave and no refund will be due.

• No compensation will be given for temporary outage of gas or water.

• In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or a member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss we may occur.

• Lane Tree Hideaways are not responsible for any loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
